WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for
delivery as they may be shipping from fulfillment centers in other countries.

For international shipping allow 3-7 weeks

 WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

POD (PRINT OD DEMAND) OR CUSTOM ITEMS

Such as but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, hats, long sleeve shirts, cell phone cases, coffee mugs etc... All POD items will be clearly stated on the product info page. The following shipping will apply.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO WE USE?

Domestic USA Orders

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days after your item has been processed.

You will be notified and receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.

International Orders

We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world.

You will be notified and receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUSTOM PRINT MY ITEM?

During off-peak months orders are processed and printed within 5-6 business days and then shipped. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed and printed within 9-12 business days and then shipped. 

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Very simple! Head over to our "Track My Order" page found on the top menu bar and enter your order number and email address. Once you do this you will see all the information regarding your order.

RETURNS

If you wish to get a exchange or refund please visit our Refund Policy Page. Please do not ship anything back, until you have contacted our support team.
